The Alaska Winter Packages

THE ALPINE WINTER PACKAGE! (October 1st to May 14th)

10 days: $6750 per person.

7 days: $5500 per person.

5 days: $4250 per person.

3 days: $3250 per person.

Day 1 Friday: Arrive in Anchorage. We put you up in your choice of hotel or one of Anchorage's fine B&B's. There will be time for shopping and sightseeing, depending upon your arrival time.

Day 2 Saturday: Ride the Alaska Railroad in VIP status for 8 hours to Denali Park! We will pick you up there and take you to Cantwell where we will have snow machines waiting for you! All your gear and snow machines are included. The snow machine is an easy, non-technical ride to the lodge down the unplowed Denali Highway. Snow machine time is approximately 3 hours from Cantwell to Alpine Creek Lodge.

Day 3 Sunday: A day of relaxing around the lodge, enjoying the views, creek, and getting settled in!

Day 4 Monday: Escorted trail ride! We will spend the day riding the 100's of miles of trails, enjoying some amazing views and seeing wildlife.

Day 5 Tuesday: Escorted mountain ride. Can be as technical or as non-technical as you want. We will travel up Valdez and Windy Creek valley's and include riding the old winter trail from Valdez to the Clearwater River Valley.

Day 6 Wednesday: A day of Snowshoeing around the trails or relaxing around the lodge. Spend the day doing your own thing.

Day 7 Thursday: Depending on weather conditions, we will ride up to the glaciers at the headwater of the Susitna River and/or the glaciers at the headwaters of the Maclaren River.

Day 8 Friday: A day spent doing some ice fishing on the lakes.

Day 9 Saturday: We will ride out to Cantwell on a night ride. Aurora viewings possible! You will stay at the Backwoods Lodge.

Day 10 Sunday: Take the 30 minute drive to Denali Park for your departure via the Alaska Railroad back to Anchorage. Depart for you home city Sunday Night.

This is all inclusive. You will only be responsible for getting to and from Anchorage from your home city. You will stay in our second floor private suites with amazing views! Suites have queen beds in them, with the ability to put an additional bed in the rooms if needed.

Price is $6750 per person. For more then one person, please ask about discounts.

Note that weather conditions, spring and fall, may have to be adjusted each year. Mid April through late May can bring some interesting weather and conditions. Late September to late October may have issues as well. We can always get you in, but we'll have to decide whether your riding snow machines or atv's!
